A short video clip to give some idea of how strong this joint is. To show you the structural strength of dovetails, here you can see them hold up this rather heavy inch thick piece of Oak without support. This is a test fit, I have not yet inserted the tails completely in to the pins and no glue has been used yet. Imagine how strong this cabinet will be with all four corners made with these dovetails.
